Kendall Frazier, DDS
Thoughtful, comprehensive care from a dentist proud to call the First Coast home.
Dr. Kendall Frazier’s interest in dentistry began with a middle-school science fair project about the effects of soda on teeth. Originally from Greenfield, Indiana, he earned his undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington and his dental degree at Indiana University Indianapolis.
He and his wife moved to Jacksonville in 2017 for her Naval commitment at Mayport and quickly became part of the First Coast community. Dr. Frazier is an Implant Pathway fellow and a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Jacksonville Dental Society, and American Dental Association.
Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, continuing education, sports, and time with family and friends—including his children, Matthew and Lilly.
